This release is something that many people have been asking for. We now have the ability for employees to sync their work appointments to another calendar client, such as one on their phone. Previously the only option was to log into the platform to see the calendar in the Web UI. We think the Web UI of Nucleo is intuitive, but this addition takes it one step further. A technician would still need to login to Nucleo to see actual ticket data and make updates etc. This feature is all about improving the life of a mobile worker by providing them the basic information to get them to their appointments more efficiently and on time in a mobile environment.
